The Dallas Tap Dazzlers, organized in 1990, is an exciting group of jazz-tap dancers who lead the field with fast-paced routines and colorful, quickly-changed costumes. With a minimum age of 45 (and NO upper limit!), this exciting ensemble performs around 100 times yearly, entertaining groups of all ages. The Dazzlers are especially proud of the six (6) National Championship dance titles earned in recent years! The Dazzlers have appeared on local and national television and have been featured (twice!) in the Metropolitan section (center cover) of the Dallas Morning News.   In 2002, the band Cross Canadian Ragweed featured the Dazzlers in their first music video, which received a nomination as "Best Country Music Video of the Year".

As a performance consultant, motivational speaker, workshop developer and life coach, Kimberly has served in various capacities that include training specialist, instructional designer, and workshop presenter.  Not only is Kimberly a Performance Manage Consultant by profession but also the Founder and Vessel of House of Ruth Jewels, Inc., a faith-based women’s ministry that serves as a spiritual resource for all women.  The mission of House of Ruth Jewels is to impart healing, restoration, regeneration and deliverance in the lives of all women. Her community involvement includes being a 2 year member of the Garland Youth Council with Mayor Ronald E. Jones, 1 year with Congressional Youth Advisory Council with Congressman Sam Johnson. Valencia will be attending the University of North Texas majoring in Radio, TV and Film with a minor in Entrepreneurship. All in all Valencia is a well rounded young lady who wants help the youth of today find their inner strength, voice and confidence they’ll need to achieve their goals.
